Worth The Hype: The Beauty Blender

Beauty Blender1 Worth The Hype: The Beauty Blender

Ah, the Beauty Blender. You either love it or you balk at its price tag. Or (like me) you do both simultaneously. I mean, $20+ for a sponge?!  I know, it’s a little crazy. But as much as I tried to fight it, this absurdly expensive pink triangle has become my absolute, hands down favorite foundation applicator. CONTINUE READING…

Cruelty-Free Body Scrubs

Body Scrubs JPG Cruelty Free Body Scrubs

If you’re like me, winter usually means piling on the moisturizer. I go through bottles of creams and lotions like crazy as the temperatures drop. human society international China to Phase Out Mandatory Cosmetic Animal Testing

MAJOR VICTORY! The Human Society International press release:

BEIJING– Humane Society International and The Humane Society of the United States’ Be Cruelty-Free campaign welcomes the announcement by China’s Food & Drug Administration that from June 2014, China plans to remove its mandatory animal test requirements for domestically manufactured cosmetic products. Zoya Noot ZOYA Nail Lacquer in Noot

Today I present to you the nail lacquer that broke my years-long no-dark-polish streak. It began when a co-worker wore Essie Power Clutch.
